Processing of Orders

We are committing to ensuring you receive the best service as possible.

We have a standard processing time of 24-48hrs prior to the shipment of orders except with  Next day delivery orders (Mon-Fri-if orders before 12pm are sent the same day and after 12pm are sent the next working day)

The processing timeframe may be extended during holidays or sales.


Please note: If you need to make any changes to your order/details it must be made within 24hrs of your order being made. Any requests to change an order after 24hrs may be honoured at our discretion provided your order has not been shipped out.

Any incorrect billing information and/or shipping address given may result in your order being delayed. You may be contacted via email and phone to verify details.


Tracking Information

Once we have shipped out your order we will update your tracking number. Confirmation of posting and tracking information will be sent via email. Please check your junk mailbox as sometimes it diverts there. The delivery times given are working days so weekends are not included in the times. If you have not received your order by the latest delivery date please contact us by email. Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries.

UK Deliveries

Here are a list of our delivery options and their delivery time information:

  1. UK Next Day delivery service offers a next working day delivery (Week-days only; orders placed Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery) Orders must be placed before 12pm and exclude orders made on public holidays and weekends. It covers England, Wales and southern Scotland. Next Day Delivery is £5.99 Deliveries are tracked and will require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card unless arranged with the courier to leave in a safe place.
  2. Your order may be dispatched using Evri or Royal Mail Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 3-5 working days for stock items and 14-21 working days for pre order items. Orders are dispatched Monday -Friday (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). Standard Delivery is £3.50. Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.

Please note that with all of the next day delivery services we use, we can only guarantee that they arrive the day immediately after you make your purchase if you make it before 12pm. Orders purchased after 12pm will usually be dispatched the day following the purchase and so, will arrive the day after that.

 

International Delivery- Europe and USA

  • International Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 5-7 working for Europe and 7-10 working days for USA days from the moment your order has been processed. Please note processing times for international orders is 24-48hrs. Orders must be placed before 5pm (UK time).
  • International Delivery costs £10.00 for Europe and £15.00 for USA.
  • Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Our couriers deliver during normal business hours. A signature may be required upon receipt. These deliveries are tracked and a tracking number will be sent when order is dispatched.
  • Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. Mane Desire are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. Please check the customs in your country of receipt for charges that may occur.
  • If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
  • Please note that orders will not be delivered on any public holiday dates in your country. On these occasions, delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.
