How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to the email you provide.

Can my order be amended?

Orders that are standard delivery can be amended via email up to 2hrs hour from the point of purchase. After 24hrs we cannot amend as your item will be processed and on its way. Unfortunately cancellations are not possible. Please note that orders that have Express delivery selected cannot be amended due to the quick processing of the item.

Can i return my order?

Where are you located?

We are based in London however we offer international shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

What if i am not home when they deliver my parcel?

All items we send have confirmation of receipt/delivery by the courier. In the event that you are not home when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave you a delivery card and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office to be collected by you at a later date or for delivery to be re-arranged.

I received the wrong order what should I do?

In the unlikely case that you receive the wrong order, please email us at manedesireofficial@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will respond within 24hrs.

Can i dye the synthetic hair pieces?

We do not recommend attempting to dye your synthetic ponytail/wig as hair dye is designed for human hair and may cause damage to the quality of the hair.
